3.1 Eduleap Limited acts solely as intermediary, coordinator and booking agent between the Customer and Third-Party Providers.
3.2 Eduleap Limited does not own, manage or directly control schools, universities, accommodation facilities, transport services, activities, excursions, or other services provided by Third-Party Providers.
3.3 All services included in educational programmes and study stays are provided by independent Third-Party Providers and are subject to their respective terms, conditions, internal regulations and operating policies.
3.4 Eduleap Limited shall not be liable for acts, omissions, breaches or decisions taken by Third-Party Providers in the provision of services within their competence.

4 INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
4.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all Customers of Eduleap Limited, regardless of nationality, residence or the place where the Services are used.
4.2 By proceeding with the booking, submitting the Enrolment Form and/or making payment for the Services, the Customer expressly agrees that this agreement shall be governed by the applicable law as specified in these General Terms and Conditions.

5 SERVICES
5.1 Eduleap Limited provides guidance, organisational support, coordination and booking services relating to study abroad programmes, language courses, school and university programmes, accommodation solutions, activities and excursions, as well as ancillary services such as, by way of example, airport transfers, logistical support and administrative coordination with Third-Party Providers.
5.2 Eduleap Limited does not directly provide courses of study, accommodation services, transport services, activities, excursions or other services provided by Third-Party Providers, nor does it assume operational responsibility in relation to such services.
5.3 The detailed description of the services included in the booked programme is set out in the Enrolment Form, in the quotation accepted by the Customer, and in the subsequent booking confirmation sent by Eduleap Limited.

5.4 Where the programme includes board arrangements such as, by way of example and without limitation, “bed & breakfast”, “half board” or “full board”, such arrangements are organised and provided exclusively by the relevant Third-Party Provider in accordance with its own operational and organisational procedures. The manner in which meals are provided (including, by way of example and without limitation, on-site catering, arrangements with external facilities, meal vouchers, pre-packed or take-away meals, including packed lunches, or other equivalent solutions) shall be determined by the Third-Party Provider and may vary depending on the facility, destination, seasonality or operational requirements. Such operational arrangements shall not constitute a determining element of the agreement and shall not give rise to any breach by Eduleap Limited, provided that the confirmed board arrangement (in terms of number and type of meals included) is overall respected in accordance with the conditions applied by the relevant Third-Party Provider.
5.5 Any additional services requested by the Customer, including but not limited to non-included airport transfers, special diets, or other ancillary services, are subject to availability, entail additional costs, and must be confirmed and paid in accordance with the instructions provided by Eduleap Limited.
5.6 All costs, expenses and services not expressly included in the confirmed programme remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.
5.7 Eduleap Limited does not guarantee academic outcomes, the issuance of visas or residence permits, specific accommodation standards other than those indicated by Third-Party Providers, or personal or subjective results arising from participation in the programmes.

6 LANGUAGE COURSES AND ACTIVITY PROGRAMME
6.1 Courses generally start on Mondays, unless otherwise indicated by the Third-Party Provider or in the event of local holidays. Any changes are determined solely by the Third-Party Provider.
6.2 Eduleap Limited is not responsible for any Participant absences from lessons, regardless of cause, nor for suspensions, reductions or changes to activities due to strikes, holidays, local events or other circumstances beyond its control.
6.3 Course materials may not be included in the programme fee. Where not included, they must be purchased directly from the Third-Party Provider. The cost varies depending on level, course duration and the chosen programme.
6.4 Lessons not delivered due to local holidays, school closures or other circumstances determined by the Third-Party Provider do not entitle the Customer/Participant to any refund or compensation, unless the Third-Party Provider expressly decides otherwise.
6.5 Eduleap Limited acts solely as intermediary in organising courses and assumes no responsibility for teaching methodology, the internal organisation of partner schools or the academic results achieved by the Participant.
6.6 Any activity and excursion programmes included in the quotation or subsequently communicated to the Customer are indicative only and non-binding. Such programmes may be modified, replaced or cancelled for organisational, operational or safety reasons, due to availability, or by decision of the Third-Party Provider, even without notice, without any liability on the part of Eduleap Limited.

7 CERTIFICATIONS AND PLACEMENT TESTS
7.1 All Participants are required to sit a placement test organised by the Third-Party Provider to assess language level and assign an appropriate class. Eduleap Limited may assist with booking the test but does not intervene in the assessment or outcome. The start of the course is subject to completion of the procedures required by the Third-Party Provider.
7.2 Class organisation, determination of language level, any reassignment to different groups, and issuance of certifications fall within the exclusive competence of the Third-Party Provider.
7.3 At the end of the course, the Third-Party Provider may issue an attendance certificate confirming the course duration attended and the language level achieved. Issuance of the certificate is governed exclusively by the conditions set by the Third-Party Provider and may be subject to minimum attendance, participation or performance requirements. Eduleap Limited assumes no responsibility for the issuance or content of any certifications.
7.4 Eduleap Limited does not guarantee specific academic results, final language levels or the achievement of certifications, as these matters are entirely governed and managed by the Third-Party Provider.

8 SPECIFIC COURSES AND INTERNATIONAL LANGUAGE CERTIFICATIONS
8.1 Access to exam preparation courses for international language certifications is subject to meeting the language level required by the Third-Party Provider.
8.2 The Participant may be required to take an initial assessment test. If the required level is not achieved, the Third-Party Provider may arrange enrolment in a general language course or a different level, without any entitlement to refunds or fee reductions.
8.3 Admission to specific courses and to any official examinations is subject to the discretionary assessment of the Director of Studies or the relevant teaching staff of the Third-Party Provider.
8.4 Fees for official examinations and international certifications are not included in the programme price and remain the responsibility of the Participant.
8.5 The issuance of international language certifications is subject to passing the official examination in accordance with the certifying body’s rules. Eduleap Limited does not guarantee attainment of the certification.

9 LONG-TERM ACADEMIC PROGRAMMES
9.1 Annual, semester or term school programmes, as well as university programmes (including, by way of example, degree courses, foundation year, pathway, pre-university programmes or multi-year academic courses) are provided exclusively by third-party schools, universities or academic bodies (“Academic Providers”).
9.2 Eduleap Limited acts solely as intermediary, consultant and administrative coordinator during the guidance, application, document collection and enrolment management phase, and does not assume the role of school, university, certifying body or academic organiser.
9.3 Admission to the programme is subject to the sole assessment of the Academic Provider, which may require specific requirements (educational qualifications, language certifications, interviews, additional documentation or other selection criteria). Eduleap Limited does not guarantee admission, the issuance of visas, certifications or academic qualifications.
9.4 Disciplinary regulations, assessment criteria, examination arrangements, attendance requirements, as well as the issuance of certifications, attestations or academic qualifications are governed exclusively by the regulations and decisions of the competent institution, school or university. Eduleap Limited does not intervene in academic processes and shall not be liable for disciplinary decisions, academic assessments, failure to pass examinations or failure to issue qualifications.
9.5 Any university fees, school tuition, administrative costs, academic contributions or other amounts requested by the Academic Provider may be subject to changes independent of Eduleap Limited’s will. Eduleap Limited is not responsible for price changes, tariff updates or revisions to the economic terms applied by the academic institution.
9.6 In long-term programmes, any voluntary interruption of the academic pathway, withdrawals, suspensions or disciplinary expulsions, regardless of cause, shall not result in liability for Eduleap Limited and shall not entitle the Customer/Participant to any refund, in whole or in part, of amounts paid; any claim for damages against Eduleap Limited is expressly excluded.
9.7 In School Year Abroad programmes, allocation of the school, specific destination, and any host family or accommodation facility is carried out by the Academic Provider or local partners based on availability and their own organisational criteria. Eduleap Limited does not guarantee allocation to a specific school, city or accommodation type.
9.8 The Participant and, in the case of minors, the parent or legal guardian, undertakes to comply with the internal regulations of the host academic institution. Any disciplinary sanctions, suspensions or expulsions decided by the institution do not create liability for Eduleap Limited.
9.9 The issuance of academic certifications, credits, diplomas or university degrees is the exclusive competence of the Academic Provider. Eduleap Limited does not guarantee the automatic recognition of qualifications or credits in the Participant’s country of origin.
9.10 In university or academic programmes requiring a student visa, the issuance of the visa is the exclusive competence of consular and governmental authorities. Eduleap Limited does not guarantee the granting of the visa and is not responsible for refusals, delays or revocations.

10 ACCOMMODATION
10.1 Accommodation types may include, by way of example: single or shared rooms, residences, hotels, or host families.
10.2 Accommodation allocation is made by the Third-Party Provider based on actual availability. Eduleap Limited does not guarantee allocation of a specific facility, family or room.
10.3 Arrival is generally scheduled at the weekend. Check-in and check-out times are set by the Third-Party Provider and must be respected. Arrivals or departures outside scheduled times may incur additional costs.
10.4 Prices are intended per week unless otherwise stated.
10.5 Where applicable, a security deposit may be required directly by the Third-Party Provider. Its return is governed by the host facility’s conditions.
10.6 Any damages caused by the Participant shall be at the Participant’s sole expense.
10.7 Any requests to change accommodation are subject to availability and may entail additional costs.
10.8 Eduleap Limited acts solely as intermediary in booking accommodation.

11 ARRIVAL, DEPARTURE AND DURATION OF STAY
11.1 The Participant must communicate arrival details to Eduleap Limited at least 7 days prior to the start of the programme. In the absence of such communication, Eduleap Limited does not guarantee the organisation of any services planned upon arrival.

11.2 Airport transfer and welcome services are organised by the Third-Party Providers on the basis of standard operational time slots communicated prior to departure. Arrivals or departures outside such time slots may result in surcharges, additional costs or alternative organisational arrangements applied by the relevant Third-Party Provider. Any such costs shall remain the responsibility of the Participant and shall not constitute a breach of contract on the part of Eduleap Limited.
11.3 Any inability to reach the destination at the indicated times must be communicated promptly. Any alternative solutions will be arranged, where possible, at the Participant’s expense.
11.4 The minimum stay is generally one week, unless otherwise specified in the quotation.
11.5 Any extension requests are subject to availability and advance payment of additional fees.

12 IMAGES AND DESCRIPTIONS FOR ILLUSTRATIVE PURPOSES
12.1 Photographs, videos, images, descriptions or examples of accommodation, facilities, activities, excursions or services published on the website, in promotional materials, quotations, the portal, social media or other communications of Eduleap Limited are for illustrative purposes only.
12.2 Such materials represent the general standard and type of services offered by Third-Party Providers but do not constitute a contractual guarantee of a specific facility, room, host family, activity, excursion or location.
12.3 The facilities, accommodation and activities actually assigned may vary depending on availability, destination, seasonality, local conditions or Third-Party Provider decisions, while remaining consistent with the category or standard confirmed in the booked programme.

13 MINORS
13.1 Where the Participant is a minor, the enrolment application must be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian, acting in the name and on behalf of the minor and declaring full parental responsibility and legal capacity to assume contractual obligations.
13.2 The parent or legal guardian warrants the truthfulness and completeness of all information provided in the enrolment form, including personal details, date of birth, medical conditions, special requirements and any other relevant information for the stay.
13.3 Eduleap Limited does not, under any circumstances, assume any parental, educational, custodial, supervisory, continuous monitoring or legal guardianship responsibilities in relation to the minor Participant. Legal responsibility for the minor, including responsibility relating to behaviour, personal safety, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, shall remain entirely with the parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of the stay.

13.4 Minor Participants must fully comply with the regulations of schools, accommodation facilities and any other Third-Party Provider involved in the programme. Any disciplinary measures adopted by Third-Party Providers, including expulsion from the programme or early return to the country of origin, shall not entitle the Customer/Participant to any refund. Any costs arising from such circumstances shall remain the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian.
13.5 The parent or legal guardian shall be responsible for the conduct of the minor Participant for the entire duration of the stay and undertakes to compensate for any damage caused to persons or property.
13.6 Participation in programmes intended for minors does not entail the assumption by Eduleap Limited of any continuous supervision or individual monitoring obligations. Supervision arrangements are governed exclusively by the internal regulations and organisational procedures established by the Third-Party Providers, in compliance with the laws of the host country. During the stay, periods of free time or independent activities may be scheduled, subject to the Participant’s age and the applicable regulations; in such circumstances, the minor may not be subject to direct supervision. The parent or legal guardian expressly acknowledges and accepts that, subject to the Participant’s age and in compliance with the regulations of the school, host facility or other Third-Party Providers, independent outings, individual movements or unsupervised periods may be permitted, and declares that they are fully aware of the related organisational arrangements and of the risks connected with the minor’s stay abroad.

14 TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
14.1 It is the sole responsibility of the Participant, or the parent/legal guardian in the case of a minor, to ensure they hold all travel documents valid and compliant with the requirements of the destination country and any transit countries, including, by way of example and without limitation: a valid passport, entry visa, electronic travel authorisations (such as ETA, ESTA or equivalents), any residence permits, health certifications, minors’ travel authorisations and any other documentation required by the competent authorities.
14.2 The passport must have remaining validity in accordance with the requirements of the destination and/or transit authorities. It is the Participant’s sole responsibility to verify any minimum remaining validity requirements and available blank pages.
14.3 Eduleap Limited assumes no responsibility for obtaining, issuing, refusing, delaying, revoking or validating visas, residence permits or other travel authorisations. Any informational assistance provided by Eduleap Limited is purely indicative and does not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of issuance.
14.4 In the event of visa refusal, failure to issue travel authorisation, errors in documents provided by the Customer, incomplete, non-compliant or expired documentation, or refusal of entry by border authorities, no refund of amounts paid shall be due.
14.5 Any legal changes, governmental restrictions, health requirements, vaccination obligations or additional conditions imposed by the competent authorities before or during the stay remain the sole responsibility of the Participant. Eduleap Limited shall not be liable for any inability to depart or remain due to such circumstances.
14.6 Where the Participant is a minor, it is the sole responsibility of the parent or legal guardian to ensure the minor holds all documentation required for international travel, including any consents, accompaniment declarations, notarised authorisations or other documents required by the laws of the country of origin or destination.
14.7 The Participant is also responsible for ensuring their identification documents match the data provided at the time of booking. Any errors in names or personal data communicated by the Customer that result in additional costs, changes or impossibility to provide the Services shall be borne entirely by the Customer.
14.8 Eduleap Limited shall not be liable for failure to depart, interruption of travel or early return due to documentary irregularities, decisions of competent authorities or the Participant’s non-compliance with applicable legal requirements.

15 TRANSPORT SERVICES
15.1 Unless expressly stated otherwise in the quotation, transport services (including, by way of example and without limitation, flights, trains, ferries or any other means of transport) are not included in the participation fee.
15.2 Eduleap Limited does not directly issue travel tickets and does not act as a carrier or transport organiser. Any assistance provided in relation to booking flights or other means of transport is provided solely as an administrative intermediary and facilitator, without assuming obligations of the carrier or transport service provider.
15.3 The transport contract is concluded directly between the Customer and the airline, travel agency or relevant transport provider. All rights and obligations arising from transport are governed exclusively by the contractual conditions applied by the relevant provider.
15.4 Eduleap Limited does not organise or directly manage transport services and shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, operational changes, strikes, overbooking, suspensions, denied boarding, denied entry, lost or damaged baggage, errors in travel documentation, travel restrictions, fare variations, price adjustments or changes to the carrier’s contractual terms, or any other decision or disruption attributable to the transport provider or competent authorities.
15.5 Any claims relating to transport services must be submitted directly to the carrier or relevant provider in accordance with their applicable contractual conditions.
15.6 Where a minor Participant travels without an accompanying adult, the Unaccompanied Minor service (UM), if required or chosen, is organised and managed exclusively by the airline or the relevant transport service provider.
15.7 Eduleap Limited does not directly activate the UM service. Any assistance provided in relation to flight arrangements is provided solely as an administrative intermediary and facilitator between the Customer and the transport provider or the appointed specialist partner, without operational responsibility.
15.8 The transport contract and UM service are concluded directly between the Customer and the airline or transport provider. The UM service is governed exclusively by the airline’s conditions, including age requirements, costs, required documentation, operating procedures and service limitations. All UM-related costs remain entirely the Customer’s responsibility.
15.9 It is the sole responsibility of the parent or legal guardian to verify whether the UM service is mandatory based on the minor’s age, the accuracy and completeness of required documentation, and the correctness of the details provided regarding adults authorised to accompany or collect the minor.
15.10 Eduleap Limited shall not be liable for missed boarding, delays, refusal to accept the minor, incomplete documentation, errors in UM service management, or decisions taken by the airline or competent authorities.
15.11 Any legal, operational or procedural changes introduced by airlines, transport providers or competent authorities do not give rise to liability for Eduleap Limited.
15.12 When purchasing transport services, it is the Customer’s sole responsibility to verify that dates, arrival and departure times, airports or arrival points and travel conditions are compatible with the booked programme and the services arranged by Eduleap Limited.
15.13 Transport services must be purchased only after receiving written confirmation of the programme booking from Eduleap Limited.
15.14 Eduleap Limited shall not be liable for: tickets purchased before official programme confirmation; transport services purchased for dates other than those confirmed; purchases with schedules incompatible with any scheduled transfer services; costs arising from changes, cancellations or rebookings made necessary by Customer errors or autonomous choices.
15.15 Transport fares, and the conditions for issuing, changing and refunding travel tickets, are determined exclusively by the transport service provider. Eduleap Limited does not in any case guarantee ticket refundability. Any price changes or changes to the carrier’s conditions do not give rise to liability for Eduleap Limited.
15.16 Travel tickets are subject exclusively to the contractual conditions of the relevant provider. Eduleap Limited does not in any case guarantee ticket refundability.

16 INSURANCE COVER
16.1 The Participant is responsible for having adequate insurance cover for the entire duration of the stay, including, by way of example and without limitation, medical assistance and emergency medical expenses, accidents, civil liability, travel insurance, cancellation or curtailment of stay, repatriation, loss or damage of baggage, legal expenses, cover for loss of travel documents and any other cover deemed necessary in relation to the selected programme.
16.2 If an insurance policy provided by a third party is included in the programme, such cover is governed exclusively by the insurer’s terms and conditions. Eduleap Limited acts solely as an administrative intermediary and assumes no responsibility for the scope, limitations, exclusions, validity or effective operation of the policy, which remains governed by the insurer’s contractual terms.
16.3 Any claims for compensation or indemnity must be submitted directly to the relevant insurance company in accordance with the policy procedures.
16.4 The Participant is solely responsible for verifying the suitability and adequacy of insurance cover with respect to the destination and the selected programme.

16.5 The availability of adequate insurance cover constitutes an essential requirement for participation in programmes booked through Eduleap Limited. The Participant, or the parent/legal guardian in the case of a minor, is required to ensure that the Participant is covered, for the entire duration of the stay, by a valid, suitable and adequate insurance policy appropriate to the destination and to the type of programme selected. The absence, insufficiency or inoperability of such insurance cover shall in no circumstances give rise to any liability on the part of Eduleap Limited.

16.6 Eduleap Limited shall not be liable for loss, theft or damage of the Participant’s personal belongings during the stay or during travel.

17 HEALTH ISSUES, ALLERGIES, SPECIAL DIETS, OR PARTICULAR REQUESTS
17.1 At the time of enrolment, the Participant, or the parent/legal guardian in the case of a minor, must fully, truthfully and in detail disclose any medical condition, disability, allergy, intolerance, special diet, ongoing treatment or special requirement that may affect the stay. Eduleap Limited reserves the right to assess acceptance of participation based on compatibility with the programme and the Third-Party Providers involved.
17.2 If Eduleap Limited accepts participation and/or additional services are required to meet special requests, a surcharge may apply, which will be communicated to the Customer prior to confirmation.
17.3 Omission, incomplete disclosure or inaccurate disclosure of relevant information releases Eduleap Limited from any liability arising from the inability to organise or adapt the Services to undisclosed needs.
17.4 Eduleap Limited reserves the right to assess the compatibility of special requests with available programmes and facilities and may, where necessary, consult the relevant Third-Party Providers. Acceptance of a request does not imply any medical or healthcare responsibility on the part of Eduleap Limited.
17.5 Eduleap Limited does not provide medical services or healthcare assistance and assumes no responsibility for diagnoses, treatments or medical emergencies. In case of health needs, the Participant will be assisted by competent facilities in the host country in accordance with local law.
17.6 The Participant is responsible for having adequate health insurance cover for the entire duration of the stay.
17.7 If medical conditions, allergies, special requirements or other relevant information are communicated after booking confirmation, Eduleap Limited does not guarantee the possibility to modify or adapt the Services. In such circumstances, any changes are subject to availability and may entail additional costs. If participation is incompatible with the booked programme, no refund shall be due.

18 CODE OF CONDUCT
18.1 Throughout the stay, the Participant must maintain correct, responsible and respectful behaviour, in compliance with the laws and regulations of the host country, and with the internal rules of schools, accommodation facilities and any other Third-Party Provider involved in the programme.
18.2 The Participant undertakes to comply with internal rules of the attended facilities, established schedules, safety provisions, organisational instructions provided by Third-Party Providers or by Eduleap Limited, and any other rules communicated during the stay.
18.3 Any behaviour contrary to local law or applicable regulations is prohibited, as is any conduct that may cause harm to persons, property or the reputation of the facilities involved in the programme.
18.4 The Participant or their legal representative is liable for any damage or loss caused to persons, property or facilities during the stay.
18.5 Eduleap Limited assumes no responsibility for consequences arising from Participant behaviour contrary to applicable laws or the regulations of Third-Party Providers.
18.6 In the event of serious or repeated breaches, Third-Party Providers may adopt disciplinary measures, including suspension or expulsion from the programme, or early termination of services. In such circumstances, Eduleap Limited may terminate the agreement without any entitlement to refunds. Any costs arising, including early return costs, shall remain entirely the responsibility of the Participant or, in the case of a minor, the parent or legal guardian.

19 BOOKING, ENROLMENT AND CONFIRMATION
19.1 The enrolment application must be completed, signed and submitted online by the Customer or, in the case of a minor Participant, by a parent or legal guardian acting in the name and on behalf of the Participant.
19.2 The enrolment application must be accompanied by all required documents, including a clear and legible copy of a valid identity document of the Participant, as indicated by Eduleap Limited. Payment of the deposit or the total amount may be made at the same time or after submission of the enrolment application, exclusively in accordance with Eduleap Limited’s instructions and within the time limits specified in the relevant payment communication.
19.3 The booking is confirmed only after verification of the received documentation, actual receipt of the due payments, availability of the Services with Third-Party Providers, and issuance to the Customer of Eduleap Limited’s written booking confirmation.
19.4 The Customer is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and truthfulness of data provided in the Enrolment Form and in any further communication to Eduleap Limited, including any medical conditions, allergies, ongoing therapies or special requirements of the Participant. Errors, omissions or inaccuracies in personal data, dates of birth, names or other relevant information may result in amendment costs, supplements or the impossibility to provide the Services, without liability for Eduleap Limited. Eduleap Limited shall not be responsible for consequences arising from incomplete, inaccurate, omitted or late information communicated by the Customer.
19.5 Eduleap Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel the booking if documentation is incomplete, inaccurate or non-compliant, or if the admission requirements requested by Third-Party Providers are not met.
19.6 Submission of the enrolment application, payment of the deposit or total amount and transmission of required documentation do not automatically constitute acceptance of the booking, which remains subject to Eduleap Limited’s written confirmation.

20 PRICES AND PAYMENTS
20.1 Prices for the Services are communicated to the Customer in the quotation and acquire contractual validity only upon Eduleap Limited’s booking confirmation. Services will be provided only after the agreement is duly concluded and amounts due are paid, as set out in these General Terms and Conditions.
20.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices may change until payment is completed and the booking is definitively confirmed.
20.3 Course and accommodation prices are calculated on a weekly basis. For high-season periods, indicatively between 1 June and 31 August, a supplement may apply depending on destination and/or the Third-Party Providers involved.
20.4 Any costs, expenses or services not expressly included in the quotation or participation fee remain the responsibility of the Customer.
20.5 Where applicable, a security deposit for accommodation may be required, which will be managed in accordance with the Third-Party Provider’s conditions and returned at the end of the stay, subject to verification of any damages. The deposit amount varies depending on the Third-Party Provider and/or destination and shall in any case not exceed the maximum amount communicated by the host facility.
20.6 The Services are subject to payment of the amounts due as provided in these General Terms and Conditions. All payments made by the Customer are non-refundable.
20.7 Any bank charges, commissions, currency exchange fees or payment handling costs remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.
20.8 Eduleap Limited receives payments as an intermediary and subsequently transfers the amounts due to the relevant Third-Party Providers.
20.9 At the time of submitting the enrolment application, or subsequently as instructed by Eduleap Limited, the Customer must pay a deposit equal to 30% of the total programme price, or the full amount if the Customer chooses that option or if the enrolment application is submitted within four (4) weeks of the departure date. Additional operational payment handling costs may apply, such as, by way of example, a fixed amount for international bank transfers or a percentage commission for credit card payments, as indicated in the payment request.
20.10 The remaining balance of the participation fee must be paid no later than four (4) weeks before the Participant’s programme start date, in accordance with the methods and instructions indicated by Eduleap Limited in the payment request.
20.11 Failure to pay the deposit and/or balance within the indicated deadlines will result in automatic termination of the agreement by Eduleap Limited and cancellation of the booking, with no obligation to refund any amounts already paid.
20.12 Payment methods, deadlines and instructions are indicated exclusively in the payment request issued by Eduleap Limited.
20.13 All payments must be made exclusively through the methods indicated in Eduleap Limited’s official payment request (such as, by way of example, bank transfer, authorised electronic payment platforms or credit card). Cash payments are not accepted, either at Eduleap Limited’s premises or to Third-Party Providers or other persons. Any cash amounts handed to persons other than Eduleap Limited will not be recognised as valid contractual payment.
20.14 All payments must be made exclusively in the currency indicated in the payment request issued by Eduleap Limited.

20.15 Where an invoice or payment request is issued in a specific currency, payment must be made exclusively in the same currency as indicated. Any payments made in a different currency may result in discrepancies due to exchange rates, bank charges or currency conversion fees applied by the financial institutions involved. In the event that the amount received is lower than the amount due, the Customer shall be required to pay the outstanding difference within the deadline indicated by Eduleap Limited. The booking shall be deemed confirmed exclusively upon receipt of the full amount due in the correct currency.
20.16 Payments must be made by an adult with full legal capacity. In the case of minor Participants, payment must be made by the parent or legal guardian. Eduleap Limited reserves the right to request documentation evidencing payment ownership and the payer’s authority.

21 PROGRAMME CHANGES
21.1 Any request by the Customer to amend a booking is subject to assessment by Eduleap Limited and availability of the Third-Party Providers involved. If a change is accepted, a change fee will apply, the amount of which will be communicated to the Customer from time to time, depending on the type of change requested and the activities required to manage it.
21.2 A change of school or destination is deemed a withdrawal from the booking and is governed by the relevant section of these General Terms and Conditions.
21.3 After booking confirmation, any reduction of the originally booked stay duration does not entitle the Customer to any refund. Any request to extend the stay will be assessed by Eduleap Limited based on availability at the time and, if accepted, will be subject to a new quotation communicated at the time of request.
21.4 Once the course has started, the Participant may request an increase in weekly lessons, subject to the Third-Party Provider’s availability; however, it is not possible to reduce the number of lessons already booked.
21.5 After the start of the stay, any request to change the accommodation type or assigned arrangement will be assessed by Eduleap Limited, subject to the availability of the relevant Third-Party Provider, and may entail additional costs which will be communicated in advance to the Customer. Eduleap Limited does not guarantee that such changes can be made and no refund shall be due if a change is not possible.
21.6 Eduleap Limited and/or Third-Party Providers may make changes to programmes, services, activities or their organisation where necessary for operational, organisational, safety, legal/regulatory reasons or due to force majeure. Such changes do not constitute a contractual breach and do not entitle the Customer to refunds, compensation or indemnities.

22 CANCELLATIONS, WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS
22.1 Any withdrawal or cancellation of the booking by the Customer must be communicated in writing to Eduleap Limited. In the event of cancellation or withdrawal by the Customer, no refund, in whole or in part, of amounts already paid shall be due, regardless of the date of communication.
22.2 Early termination of the programme, reduction of stay duration, postponement of arrival date, periods of absence during the stay or non-attendance, even partial, do not entitle the Customer/Participant to any refund or financial compensation, regardless of cause, including personal, disciplinary or health reasons or decisions of competent authorities.

23 LIABILITY
23.1 Eduleap Limited acts solely as intermediary and coordinator of the Services between the Customer and Third-Party Providers. The Services are provided by independent third parties, who remain solely responsible for their own performance.
23.2 The Services under this agreement do not constitute, under any circumstances, a “package travel” or a linked travel arrangement within the meaning of any applicable foreign legislation, but consist exclusively of intermediation and administrative coordination services on behalf of the Customer.
23.3 Programmes, services and their characteristics (including, by way of example, courses, classes, accommodation types, activities and excursions) are provided by Third-Party Providers and may be subject to changes for organisational, operational, legal/regulatory reasons or causes beyond Eduleap Limited’s control.
23.4 Eduleap Limited does not directly organise air transport services. Any support provided in relation to flights is provided solely as intermediary and/or facilitator, without assuming responsibility for the organisation, management or execution of transport, which remains with the relevant providers.
23.5 All services are provided under the responsibility of the relevant Third-Party Providers. Any complaints regarding service provision must be addressed directly to the relevant provider. Eduleap Limited may assist the Customer in communications with Third-Party Providers, where possible, but assumes no legal responsibility for the execution of such services.
23.6 Eduleap Limited assumes no duty of supervision, custody or direct oversight of Participants during programmes, educational or recreational activities, or excursions organised and managed by Third-Party Providers. Such duties remain exclusively with the entities providing the Services. Eduleap Limited does not replace in any way the educational, parental or legal guardianship role, nor does it assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of Participants. Any issues relating to discipline, student coexistence or internal management of host facilities fall under the organisational responsibility of Third-Party Providers.
23.7 Eduleap Limited shall not be liable for acts, omissions, delays, breaches, interruptions or disruptions attributable to Third-Party Providers, nor for events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including decisions of competent governmental or immigration authorities and educational institutions.
23.8 To the extent permitted by applicable law, any liability of Eduleap Limited, if established, shall in any event be limited to the amounts paid by the Customer as commissions for the intermediation Services provided by Eduleap Limited. Eduleap Limited shall in no event be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, non-pecuniary damages or any other loss that is not immediate and direct, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence as determined under applicable law.
23.9 The information contained in brochures, catalogues, the online portal and/or the website is descriptive in nature, non-binding and does not constitute a contractual guarantee, unless expressly confirmed in writing by Eduleap Limited. Eduleap Limited reserves the right to update, amend or replace such information, as well as the Third-Party Providers involved, where necessary, without this giving rise to any entitlement to compensation or damages.

23.10 The information provided by Eduleap Limited through its website, online portal, email communications, informational materials or operational guides (including, by way of example and not limitation, information relating to travel requirements, electronic travel authorisations, visas, unaccompanied minor procedures, health requirements or governmental regulations) is based on the information available at the time of its publication or communication and is provided for indicative purposes only and shall not be legally binding. Such information may be modified, updated or withdrawn at any time by the competent authorities, airlines, Third-Party Providers or other involved entities, without notice. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant, or the parent/legal guardian in the case of a minor, to verify directly with the relevant authorities or service providers, immediately prior to departure and during the organisation of the travel arrangements, the validity and current applicability of the relevant requirements. Eduleap Limited assumes no obligation of continuous monitoring nor automatic updating of information already published or communicated and shall not be held liable for any regulatory, operational or procedural changes occurring after the publication or communication of such information.

24 FORCE MAJEURE
24.1 Eduleap Limited shall not be liable for any non-performance, delay or impossibility in performing its contractual obligations where such circumstances arise from force majeure events or causes beyond its reasonable control. Force majeure events shall include, by way of example and without limitation: wars, armed conflicts, terrorist acts, pandemics, epidemics, natural disasters, extreme weather events, strikes, governmental restrictions, border closures, suspension or cancellation of flights, decisions of public authorities, health emergencies, disruption of transport services, suspension or closure of educational activities, as well as any other unforeseeable and unavoidable event rendering the performance of the Services impossible, unlawful or excessively burdensome. This exclusion of liability shall also apply where such events directly or indirectly affect the activity, organisation, availability or operational capacity of the Third-Party Providers involved in the programme. In such circumstances, Eduleap Limited may suspend, amend or cancel the Services where necessary, without incurring liability for damages, indemnities or compensation, and no refund shall be due in respect of amounts already paid.
24.2 It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to ensure adequate insurance cover for risks connected with travel and stay, including cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, repatriation or force majeure events.

25 PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL AND IMAGES
25.1 During programmes, photographs or video recordings may be taken by Third-Party Providers or, where applicable, by Eduleap Limited.
25.2 With the express consent of the Participant or, in the case of a minor, the parent or legal guardian, Eduleap Limited may store and use images or audiovisual materials depicting the Participant for promotional, informational or institutional purposes, including, by way of example, the website, social media channels, brochures and advertising materials.
25.3 Images provided by Third-Party Providers will be used in accordance with the authorisations they have obtained and the applicable laws.
25.4 Consent may be withdrawn at any time by written notice to Eduleap Limited. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to receipt of the withdrawal request.
25.5 Eduleap Limited undertakes to process such materials in compliance with applicable personal data protection laws and with respect for the Participant’s dignity.
