Four reasons to join the Rabat summer camp.
Classrooms, bedrooms, dining and sports facilities are on site, making everyday life straightforward and well organised.
A weekly theme connects lessons and group work, leading to a project to share with classmates.
Cultural visits, beach outings and excursions introduce you to the island alongside your fellow students.
There is no independent free time: lessons, activities and outings are always spent with staff.

The course follows a communicative approach and works on every skill: grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening and speaking, through discussions, role play and group projects. Each week has a new theme, such as media and fame or science and technology, which links lessons to activities and excursions: students spend some time on their project every day and present it to their classmates at the end of the week, with feedback from their teachers on their presentation.
There are 20 lessons of 45 minutes a week, or 15 hours of English, Monday to Friday from 9:15 to 12:30 with a break. Classes have 12 students on average and no more than 16, from complete beginner (A0) to advanced (C1), and are formed by both level and age. Before arrival every student takes an online placement test, to be completed within a week of booking; in the first few days teachers check that each student is in the right class. On the last day of lessons, students who have attended at least 85% of their lessons receive an end-of-course certificate.
Stays last from one week, between Saturday 26 June and Sunday 22 August 2027, with arrival and departure on a Saturday or Sunday and lessons starting on Monday. Tuesday 29 June 2027 is a public holiday in Malta and there are no lessons that day.

No. In the 9–13 age group there is no unsupervised free time: students are looked after by staff in lessons, on activities, excursions and evenings, and for the rest of the day they stay on campus with the leaders.
A team of trained leaders organises the activities and looks after students 24 hours a day, together with the teachers during lessons. The campus is enclosed by boundary walls and the gate is locked in the evening. Students come from many countries and staff speak to them in English, so the language is practised all day long.
On the campus itself, a few steps from the classrooms and dining hall. Families can choose between a shared room for 2 or 3 students with en-suite bathroom and fan, a single room with en-suite bathroom and fan, and the air-conditioned dormitory with shared bathrooms. Boys and girls do not share rooms and, where possible, roommates are of a similar age and different nationalities.
It is full board: breakfast, lunch and dinner are freshly prepared every day in the campus kitchen and served in the dining hall, with dishes inspired by Maltese and Mediterranean cooking, a salad bar and the odd outdoor barbecue or picnic. Vegetarian and other dietary requirements must be given at the time of booking; a weekly supplement applies to a special diet.
From Monday to Friday there is an activity or excursion after lunch and another after dinner; at weekends there are full-day excursions with activities in the morning, afternoon and evening. For example: a boat trip to Comino, visits to Valletta, the Three Cities, Mdina and the catacombs in Rabat, beach time, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking and snorkelling, an inflatable water park, bonfires, film nights, karaoke and talent shows. The programme changes with the week and the weather.
The package includes 20 English lessons a week, full-board accommodation on campus, the activity and excursion programme seven days a week, 24-hour care from staff, the airport transfer on arrival and departure, travel and medical insurance and an end-of-course certificate. Flights are not included. A special diet, the Unaccompanied Minor service at the airport and an arrival or departure between 23:00 and 07:00 are optional and carry a supplement.
No, flights are not included. Once you have booked, we can arrange the ticket through our partner travel agency and, for a minor travelling alone, the Unaccompanied Minor service. The transfer between Malta International Airport and the campus is included on arrival and departure, on a Saturday or Sunday: please send us the flight details as soon as you have booked.
After booking, the student takes the online placement test and parents complete the camp consent form: both must be done within a week. Please also send us the flight details and any dietary requirements, so the campus can arrange the transfer and meals.
