Behind every journey

EduLeap began with people who learned a language by living it. Today, we help students of every age choose well and travel with a team beside them.

What guides our work

We start with the traveller: their goals, level, budget and independence.

Programmes

Language first

We choose strong teaching and an international mix, so students use the language in class and every day.

The right fit

We compare schools, destinations and accommodation to find the right fit, not the easiest option to sell.

Here when needed

Support before and during your stay, local assistance and a 24/7 emergency line.

Quality checked

We visit schools and assess teaching, accreditation, accommodation, support and value for money.

Our story

EduLeap began in 2013 when two graduates moved to the UK and discovered how much faster a language comes alive through daily life. Today, our team across Italy, the UK and the UAE visits schools and recommends only programmes we believe are genuinely suitable.

Help centre

We provide educational guidance and booking support. Schools and partners may deliver tuition, accommodation or travel. Before you confirm, we clearly identify each provider and the terms that apply.

A consultant booking normally requires a 30% deposit. Online, €250 or £250 reserves your place and is deducted from that deposit. The balance is generally due four weeks before departure; your quote or portal confirms the dates.

Travel and medical cover is included with individual Junior programmes and group departures; it is optional elsewhere. Cancellation cover is always extra. Check your quote and policy.

Requirements depend on destination, age and nationality. Your portal provides the travel and enrolment checklist, including authorisations such as a UK ETA where needed. We help with timing and applications; see our travel documents page.

We assess teaching, accreditation, international mix, accommodation, support and value. We visit partner schools and review their welfare and emergency procedures.

Yes. If a programme is unsuitable, we suggest a better alternative. If there is none, we advise against booking.

During office hours, use phone, WhatsApp or email. Outside those hours, your portal lists EduLeap’s emergency line and local contacts, reserved for current travellers.
