How it works

The group is accompanied from the airport until return.

1

Meet at the airport

Meet the leader at the stated airport. After document checks, the student formally joins the group.

2

Fly together

The leader manages check-in, boarding, arrival and the transfer. Families receive travel updates.

3

At the destination

The same leader or another trained adult supports the group alongside school staff.

4

Journey home

The return is accompanied through arrivals. After an identity check, the student is handed to the named adult.

Why travel as a group

A group study holiday with flights included combines the journey and junior programme. Dates are fixed, stays last 7 or 14 days and a group leader travels with students from Italy.

The group makes departure easier without limiting the experience. At the destination, classes are level-based and international wherever possible; activities and excursions may involve the wider centre.

The travel group mainly leaves from Italy. At the destination, classes and activities mix nationalities whenever the centre’s student mix allows.

Departures are for ages 11–17, organised by age band. Each listing gives ages, rules, accommodation and supervision.

Return flights with baggage, a group leader, lessons, materials, full board, activities, transfers, insurance, a certificate and support. Optional extras and personal spending are separate and shown in your quote.

As soon as you find a suitable date: flight seats are limited and a departure may close before the centre fills. The listing shows availability.

Each listing shows the airport, which varies by date and destination. Families arrange travel to it; assisted connections from other cities are not included.

The leader stays with the group, coordinates with the airline and providers and updates families. If needed, we help arrange a new flight, meals or accommodation.
